This reflects the Government's ambition to lift long-term economic performance by attracting international capital into sectors that enhance national competitiveness and resilience.
We are focused on securing investments in the range of NZD $100 million to $1 billion, directed into sectors with high growth and productivity potential, alongside effective implementation of the Active Investor Plus (AIP) Visa scheme. It works with both international institutions and individual investors.
New Zealand is a small, geographically remote economy — which means attracting international investment requires a targeted, credible, and sustained effort. International Capital:
